Job Summary:

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time Gynecologic Oncologist, Assistant Professor (TCL). The successful candidate will:

  • Assist the Division with its provision of services on an inpatient and ambulatory care basis.
  • Function closely and collaboratively with the Director of Gynecologic Oncology Division and the Department Chair to enhance the department's care delivery system and educational program.
  • Demonstrate accountability for the provision of services from a clinical, academic, and research perspective. 
  • Supervise the Gynecologic Oncology Fellows on an inpatient and ambulatory care basis.
  • Be actively involved in the Division's research initiatives within the Gynecologic Oncology Division and Department.

Required Qualifications:

  • New York State medical licensure as a Board eligible/certified Oncologist.
